Civil Engineering Solutions have been preparing Flood Consequence Assessment reports since 2006. We have supported developments throughout Wales by preparing FCA’s to comply with Technical Advice Note 15 (TAN15) and Natural Resorces Wales (NRW) requirements.

We provide Developers, Architects and Planning Consultants with a full range of flood risk management reporting. This can range from initial Flood Consequence Assessment advice for pre planning applications as well as preparing full FCA reports for your development. No development is too large or too small.

Our FCA services can include desktop assessments through to full scale flood modelling if needed. Each FCA we undertake is unique to your particular development and tailored as such.

Reports can be prepared quickly if your development has time constraints. Our normal service will include consultation with Natural Resources Wales (NRW). It can take them 20 working days to respond to our data requests, resulting in a 4-6 week process.
